You may want to reach out to the company directly to determine if the ingredients meet your needs **Q: Description says use 3 tablespoons which seems excessive. Does anyone really use that much?** A: I use the “three finger rule” which is said to be similar to 3 tablespoons. It’s where you squirt out enough sunscreen to go along three of your fingers and THAT is how much you should be applying. In my experience, it’s enough to cover your face and your neck and as long as you work it in, it never looks obvious or excessive. **Q: Would you recommend this or the stick for face sunscreen?** A: I do like the cream very much.
