Review: Decent Desktop PCs for the price and capability - Ordered two PCs one for my wife and I. Purchased HP computers because we replaced two HP PCs that were over 10 years old and still working fine, but could not be upgraded to Windows 11 or receive updates after October. The new HP PCs were shipped just fine with no damage to the shipping boxes. They were easy to setup and get working and so far are working just fine. With the solid state digital hard drive the PCs startup almost instantly and seem to be very quick in loading programs and saving files, etc. Have no opinion on gaming capabilities since we are not typical gamers.

Ordered two PCs one for my wife and I. Purchased HP computers because we replaced two HP PCs that were over 10 years old and still working fine, but could not be upgraded to Windows 11 or receive updates after October. The new HP PCs were shipped just fine with no damage to the shipping boxes. They were easy to setup and get working and so far are working just fine. With the solid state digital hard drive the PCs startup almost instantly and seem to be very quick in loading programs and saving files, etc. Have no opinion on gaming capabilities since we are not typical gamers.

I’ve always liked HP products. Quality and Performance not to leave out using it. I am impressed and have tried tech support for answers to a few issues. A few were easy because I was walked though some steps to achieve my goals. I would have really appreciated being able to get to a real HP REPRESENTATIVE FASTER but after getting through a couple of things I couldn’t spend anymore time with trying. AI IS GOOD TO AN EXTENT BUT cannot replace real people. My issue was setup and couldn’t get connected to my other HP with windows TEN and the new one is ELEVEN.. I kept getting put to a different recorded guide. The computer works great but I’m questionable about support and the new learning curve. I just wanted to network the two computers and did not accomplish that yet. It’s a fast responsive computer and I still recommend it. I might get lucky as far as HP SUPPORT and speaking to somebody that is alive.
