## Description

The LEGO DUPLO 10874 Steam Train toy is now even easier for your toddler to control and interact with in multiple ways. Young children can become the train driver with the Push & Go motor — a gentle push either forwards or backwards sends the train on its way and a firm hold or lift off the tracks will make it stop. Help them place the 5 colored action bricks along the track to sound the horn, turn the lights on and off, pause and refuel, change direction and stop the train wherever they like. With a train station, coal tipper, 2 DUPLO figures plus an animal figure and a simple toy train track included in this LEGO DUPLO set, preschoolers can enjoy classic, fun train play. Download the optional app to unlock even more play possibilities, including remote-control function for the train and fun activities to complete with your toddler!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this set compatible with the duplo train from 30 years ago?**
A: Hi there!

Our DUPLO® train cars have always been made to hook together in the same way, so you can connect this to an older train. The only thing to keep in mind is that some of our older trains (from before we made DUPLO track) have wider wheels, which won't be compatible with every type of track piece. They're a bit too wide for crossings and other similar tracks.

Happy building,
Emily

**Q: What size batteries does the train take?**
A: Hi there! The DUPLO® Steam Train takes 4 AAA batteries.

Kind regards,
Emily
LEGO® Service

**Q: Do the roofs flip up for easy access to the passenger car and/ or engine? Is it possible to put Duplo figures easily in the passenger car?**
A: Yes- our 5 year old has easy access to load and unload his passengers. This product is well designed for the most part.

**Q: Are these made in China?**
A: Hi there! LEGO® and DUPLO® sets don't come from any one place, rather each set may contain pieces (bricks, booklet, box, etc.) from different manufacturing facilities all over the world. Any single set may contain parts made in Denmark, Hungary, Mexico, China, and the Czech Republic. So, your LEGO set is kind of like a little trip around the world all in one box!

Kind regards,
Emily
