The offset works great for veg, and the handle feels super good in the hand. It is top German engineering, it is incredibly sharp, I was genuinely scared washing it because it went through the veg so effortlessly. Comes with a little sheath, and the packaging is super hard to get into. Getting the plastic wrap off took time and patience. A great knife, one of the sharpest I have ever had the pleasure of using.
