A: It would depend on your hand size. Take a measurement of the circumference of your hand at the knuckles. The size chart is as follows:

I'm 5'6" but have little hands and these gloves fit pretty dang well. sometimes they slip a little but I blame it on my hands. I can usually punch the crap out of bags without injury. great for the kickboxing/ crossfire gym i go to on the regular
