Hard to tell since I have thin, fine, lifeless hair. I wash my hair every 5 days. I also exercise 6 days a week and sweat like mad. This product took care of the oil and helps it look fine. I don’t like strong scents, don’t wear perfume or scented body products. People saying to put it on before you sleep are right. I do this sometimes and it works the best. If you spray it a lot, it does look a tiny white. I’ve only experienced that two times when I over sprayed. I massaged it in, and the white went away no problem.
