A deep evening meditation

One of Osho's more quiet meditations. In the first phase you make a breathing technique where you hold the breath both after in - and outbreath. The second phase you gaze at a candle (tratak)or a blinking blue light. In the third you let the body do its own movements (latihan). And in the fourth you lie down, leave the mind behind and enter into your true nature. The music by Deuter is deep and 'psychedelic'.Gourishankar is the Indian name for Mt. Everest, and it's said that you will be as high as that mountain if you do the breathing phase correctly. (I hasten to add I have not experienced that, yet at least, lol).
