**Q: What is the difference between pharmaceutical grade mag oxide and non pharmaceutical grade? is this usp?**
A: We were asked by our Dr. to use this particular mag oxide, so we do, from what I have learned, it outsells and outperforms any other mag oxide. So I cannot exactly answer your question, we just think it is the best available.

**Q: Are these big ... can someone post pic?**
A: About the size of a regular aspirin.  They go down easily and I take two at a time daily.

**Q: size and shape of pill? is it smaller than a penny?**
A: Mag-Ox® 400 tablets are very small; only 7/16” in diameter and 1/8” thick!  They are also coated so that they are easy to swallow.

**Q: Is this item kosher?**
A: Not being Jewish, I don't know specifically the actions that make items kosher.  I would suggest that you contact the manufacturer of the product.  What I can say about this product which was recommended to me by m Dr., is that I no longer have those loathsome leg cramps.  I have been purchasing them on a continuing basis.
