I have tried so many pillows over the years that my wife thought I was mad. I have tried orthopaedic, tempur, other types of memory foam, mixed fillings, feather, down, goose, you name it - I just couldn't find any that gave me a fantastic nights sleep every night. Some pillows cost me nearly £100.The challenge was that several nights a week, I would sleep, but wake up shattered, which would lead to massive depression. I had pillows that would occasionally be great (mainly feather based), but as I toss and turn a lot a night most of the pillows would wake me up.It was in desperation that I turned to this pillow after checking out the company's website and saw the video testimonials that I thought I would give it a try. Having spent so much money on pillows over the years, I was worried this too would be a disappointment. Not so!!I have had this pillow for over 2 weeks now and am sleeping better than ever. It is THE most comfortable pillow I have ever had. You just fill it with water (the amount is up to you - I didn't want it too firm as I have neck issues) and then just lie back and enjoy. Every time you move the water moves gently around to cradle your head whatever your position i.e. on your side or back. It is like sleeping on a cloud.I love it so much that my wife has bought one too and she loves it too!If you are in any doubt whatsoever, and like me have had challenges sleeping (in my case 30 years - I am 42) then your search is over. What price do I put on a goods night sleep? Well as I am self employed, this is literally worth everything to me. Goodbye depression - hello world! Oh yes and my sex life has improved as I am not so tired - yipee! And that is why I have bothered to write such a long review - it is a life saver.

IN BRIEF:- My neck and shoulder pain have gone- It's good quality and value for the price- Incredibly comfortable once you get used to the slight water motion- Take care to squeeze all the air out and tighten the stopper with the provided tool- Don't make the same dumb mistake I did at first - the stopper side goes on the underside, the pillow just lies much better that way and won't bunch under your neck.***************Having been suffering from neck and shoulder pain for quite some time I felt I should probably try a new pillow to see if it helps, I was just wary of buying one too firm or too soft. When I saw this one recommended for neck pain and the fact it can be adjusted to suit by adding more water for a firmer pillow I decided to take a chance on it.Filling it is fairly simple. I gradually added more water till it suited me. If you've ever squeezed the air out of a hot water bottle then you have to do the same thing with this. It's made a little trickier by the bulk of the pillow, but for most this won't be a difficult task. Some may need a hand due to the weight of it when full.I found it VERY odd to sleep on for about a fortnight or so. You do feel a bit of wave motion when you move through the night, but I did get used to it and I now find the motion quite pleasant. One thing I didn't realise is there's a top side and a bottom side. As I was nervous about it leaking or bursting at first I had it with the stopper on the top side. I found this made the pillow slope and wedge under my neck quite uncomfortably. Once I realised it actually lies much, much better the other way with the stopper underneath (and there's a nice plump pillowy bit on top) - the difference was like night and day! It seems so obvious now and a really stupid mistake, but I suspect I'm not the only person to have done this. I don't mind sharing my dumb error if it helps someone else have a better night's sleep.I've had it for over a month now and my neck and shoulder pain has now completely gone! This was pain that I'd had continuously for several months so I feel I can safely say it's entirely down to the change of pillow as nothing else had been helping. I wouldn't go as far as to say I'm having the absolutely best nights sleep in my life (there are so many other factors), but it has undoubtedly improved my comfort and I no longer wake in agony. I gather it hasn't helped everyone with pain issues, but I felt it was worth trying it anyway and I'm glad I did.I saw a review saying it was cheap quality, but I couldn't disagree more. Of course, it's not a £100 top of the range orthopaedic pillow, but it's far from cheap quality - and I've had more than my fair share of cheap (like Wilko/Poundstretcher cheap) pillows over the years! It's very good value for the price imo.

I have been using this pillow for 2 months now, I didn't want to rush to review it. I have been on the hunt for the "perfect"pillow not sure if I have found it yet but very close!I have Cervical Spondylosis in my neck which causes me a lot of pain and headaches if my neck gets out of line.I do seem to get to sleep quicker(I never sleep that well) Generally my neck pain is reduced.I do feel that the fibre top part of the pillow is liable to flatten out, I fluff it up daily but I can't help feeling that it's starting to flatten a bit in the middle.Make sure you get all the air out of the water bladder and it's not noisy(much quieter than Buckwheat!!). It is comfortable if a bit un-nerving to to sleeping with 4 litres of water on your bed! It is heavy when full of water it stops it moving about though! The amount of water you put in adjusts the height and firmness, I have it full to the maximum but it is not really firm due to the top layer of fibre.Certainly worth a try.UPDATE the fibre topping seemed to flatten(a few months) quite quickly so I no longer use this pillow.

⭐Headline⭐As a physiotherapist, I highly recommend the Mediflow Water Pillow to my patients dealing with cervicogenic headaches and neck pain. The pillow's unique water-filled layer offers customizable support, allowing users to adjust firmness to their preference, which can significantly improve neck alignment and reduce discomfort. I purchased this pillow in 2017 and continue to use it, and it has proven to be durable and effective.✅Pros✅The benefits of this pillow are well-supported by research, including evidence from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine Sleep Study, which highlights its positive impact on sleep quality and neck pain relief.⭕Cons⭕However, there are a few considerations to keep in mind. The initial setup can be a bit cumbersome, as it requires adjusting the water to achieve the desired firmness, and it may take some trial and error to get it just right. Additionally, while the water layer provides excellent support, the pillow itself can be somewhat bulky and may not suit everyone’s preference for a softer or more traditional pillow feel.✨Bottomline✨Overall, despite these minor drawbacks, the Mediflow Water Pillow remains a highly effective option for managing neck pain and headaches. I regularly direct my patients to purchase it through Amazon for its ease of access and reliable service.

Love this pillow. Have tried more than I wish to remember for neck and head support, all being resigned to the loft for not wanting to dispose of new items. I have tried what feels like most pillows on the market which is I admit is probably an overstatement but so frustrating. The first night of using this was bliss, so comfortable and soft but very supportive. You can fill the level of water for "soft" "medium"or "hard" support, up to 5 litres of water which fills an underneath pocket next to the mattress that reaches the whole pillow base, topped inside the outer upper cover with soft but effective filling, it is like sleeping on air, it comes with a filler stopper which is easily screw removed with the provided tool, a funnel to fill which also doubles as a tightening screw stopper, once in the pillow case is not noticeable and lies snugly into the pillow. I have experimented with the water fill and have found that 4.5lt is perfect for me, however I would not say this is the usual uncomfortable level of firm/hard support but exactly what you need for good support whilst providing softness and comfort which a lot of other pillows don't, they just feel like sleeping on some sort of hard filling. Every time you move the pillow moves with you smoothly to contours of the head and neck, always changing shape never needing "plumping up", it maintains it's movement and as the water provides a lot of additional weight to the pillow you are not chasing it round the bed all night, it stays in place. Some reviews have said you can hear the water sloshing round on movement, if you follow the simple instructions and expel the air before securing the stopper after there is no noise on movement. I have had the best nights sleep in I don't know how long and neck and shoulder pain is much reduced. Have now ordered another for my husband. Would recommend. I would also add the pillow is very well made of high standard material and robust. Fits standard size pillow cases. Great for taking away with you as the inner can be emptied and refilled on arrival with tap water, instructions recommend replacing water after one year so low maintenance. To add my sleeping position varies from side sleeping on either side, to on my front with arm under pillow to on my back, all equally comfortable.

Love the pillow but it was obviously leaking a bit on the edges which caused mould to form. Other than that, it was great for my neck and I have recommended it to several people. I had it for 6 years and always covered it with an allergy pillowcase and a normal pillowcase.

I have some serious neck problems (cervical degenerative disc disease, stenosis and Fibromyalgia) and have tried several pillows with different materials and shapes, including memory foam, and this is simply the best and the only one I use now.Because of the weight of the water it stays where you put it, rather than sliding out from any support position you started off with, and that makes a huge difference in itself! The actual comfort level and fit is adjusted my altering the volume of water in the pillow and I have to say that mine is just heaven to rest my head/neck with. The next massive advantage it has over any other pillow I've tried is: if you need to adjust your position inbred regularly, as I do due to pain, it does not matter where your head is along the pillow - right over to one side for instance, the support is exactly the same and it still feels like you are in the middle.Next, it does not seem to flatten during the course of the night, but still maintains the same level of support all the way until morning. Finally, the design and build is nothing short of brilliant! The filling hole has a funnel that screws in to prevent you spilling water onto the pillow itself and additionally serves as a highly efficient tool for removing and replacing the filler-cap. I say this as someone whose manual dexterity has deteriorated due to nerve damage down through my neck and into my arms and hands. Also included is a high quality zip up plastic cover so that you can safely and cleanly take it away on trips - although I'm not sure a large pillow is a suitable suitcase, space-taker if travelling abroad - I guess that depends on the individual circumstances.Overall: there are not enough stars to rate this accurately for me - it has made a huge difference to my night time comfort, HUGE!I shall hopefully be purchasing another two of these for members of my family who suffer with neck pain also... and I know they'll be thanking me for years!

Loved the pillow but despite following the washing instructions exactly this item is now unusable as the filling has changed shape completely. Branded Bedding have been extremely unhelpful and despite there being a 3 year guarantee they are arguing about replacing it. One person told me its washable at 30 degrees and low tumble dry. Another then messaged to say you can't wash it only wipe it! I sent them a photo of the washing instructions label for future reference! Then I was told it "just needed a good shake to fill the corners"! As if I hadn't tried that already! Now they are saying I can send it back to them and if they deem it faulty they will replace but not refund.Their Google reviews are poor and had I read them before I bought would have thought twice about ordering from them. I'm quite certain they would not "deem it faulty"! They will find a way to weedle out of it. Seems like so many other people have had issues with them. I've ordered the same item but from Amazon and paid £9 more rather than deal with this company again. Scroll down the page and check out the sold by bit. Much better to buy directly from Amazon as they look after their customers.

La almohada me resulta muy cómoda. Tengo problemas en el cuello y la puedo ajustar al nivel de dureza que me acomode. Es la segunda que compro, la primera me duró seis años hasta que presentó una pequeña fuga de agua.

Being that these pillows are more than half the price that they sell for locally they are great value & super fast shipping. Very happy with product.

De kwaliteit is goed en komt overeen met internet.

I have some degenerative disc issues and have tried a lot of pillows over the past few years. This is the first one that has improved my morning discomfort. I'm not sure why but it is working and I'm pleased with it. At this price, I would say it's worth a try for others.

The pocket that can be filled with water allows one to control the height and firmness of the pillow while the very soft top filling provides comfort. I am a side sleeper but I believe it would be great for all. Obviously it is heavy and one must remove water before transporting. This is easily done, but measure the amount which is just right for you .
