What I like about this product is that the strips can be placed on the blood drop, allowing it to draw the blood up the strip. The calibration of the product is easy. For glucose, using the red liquid that comes with the product on the glucose straps, a small drop is more than enough for calibration. For ketone calibration, you are required to use the plastic strip, ensuring it's in off mode when inserted and then switch to on when the machine displays the blood drop.
