## Questions & Answers

**Q: i have the phone on highest volume but i cannot hear it when i have an incoming call please advise**
A: This model doesn't have an extremely high volume ,but,a phone  case would muffle it a lot more so have mine on ring and vibrate and in shirt pocket as only use as secondary phone ,make sure settings ok,volume  high and answer machine turned off as phone will keep ringing until answered James

**Q: is this phone unlocked?**
A: Yes the phone is unlocked. Just add your current SIM card or get one from Giff Gaff who do a fantastic offer of 5 or 10 pounds a month on their goody bag deals. This is not an ad for them I just moved away from O2 and got the same service for a fraction of the cost.Kind regards

A: It only has the connectivity allowed by the sim-card you install. It does not have provision for dual sim-cards.
