A: Hi,Yes, the QL3 head will accept all the H series Everpure cartridges, including the H-104.

**Q: Can I use the system hooked to city water (garden hose)**
A: You using it for an RV fresh water?  It can be done just have to buy the fiitings to make it work for your application

**Q: Will the new head solve the problem of the cartridge leaks?**
A: Yes. These heads are now manufactured by a different company. There must be a slight variation in the tolerances of the cartridge fitting size. After replacing the old head with the new head, there was no longer a leak between the head and the cartridge.
