While during this kriya your mouth must be open. Then one time both nostril done. Wipe with clean tissue or cloth towel. And exhale breath both nostrils one by one. Then do kapalbhati and done. It is good product for Neti Yogic kriya . I used and it is easy for use neti kriya.
