A: Wheat is not GMO - however, the question I am asking is -Does Kretschmer allow farms to spray Glyphosate (Roundup) on their wheat for harvesting?

A: Although I do not see gluten listed on the label, a google search states there is gluten in wheat germ.

A: No, it's just wheat germ, great quality and taste, just make sure you keep it refrigerated after opening.
