It's beautiful but is of small size 19×14 cm
It's preety amazing of how the journal fulfills its purpose of self exploration and self help. It contains many vibrant quotes and pages to fill in your thoughts with, and I'm happy about it. Ive expected it to be a bit bigger in size but book is of 19×14 cm(size of a palm). So if you want a bigger one then this might not be it.

Love it!
Excellent decision to invest in this book. Sometimes one struggles to write free flowing thoughts. This journal helps you clear your head and makes you feel better about everything by helping you clear your thoughts. Highly recommended. Love the art on each page too!

Good journal to start with.
Through out the book, There’s a calming, fun picture or a quote on the left. And an activity of the right side. Each Page has an activity like coloring, reflecting or writing it out. Do some of the activities feel not normal and you don’t know how to use the activities ?! Yes. And I think, that’s the point, do things in a new way different from what you are used to. The only thing I felt missing was a Index Page that list the different activities of the book and hence I made my own set of Index for the book. Have fun knowing yourself and listing things. This of course, isn’t a gratitude journal.

Very interesting questions. My first gratitude and self improvement journal.
Questions in the book are very interesting The questions, pattern and themes in the book is so colour full and intresting For beginners who want to start journal for self improvement, for gratitude journal and to know about yourself this is best book. I answered some of the questions in book it is full of satisfactory. I recommend this book for you who want to gift or you can buy yourself. May be some lacking that It is not big and less pages like short note book .You can carry in your hand bag.Per year it is not sufficient but the book is intresting so I will buy 2 same books per year. But i give 5 starts the way designed the questions quotes targets for self improvement
