The Talmud

I ordered this Talmud for my husband. Although we’re not Jewish, he’s a history buff as well as an avid Bible reader. He loved this book & couldn’t put it down! He found it so very interesting as well as informative and says he’s going to read it again…then, it’s my turn!! He highly recommends it of course. He liked the way it flowed with history as well as the Bible, particularly the Old Testament - well worth the money!

I’ve heard so much bashing of the Talmud over the years when digging for information on other wars, perspectives, etc and I’ve looked for the last few years but couldn’t find anything in English. After listening to Douglas Vogt of Diehold Foundation in his YouTube presentations and what he says about the Hebrew Bible, the Apocalypse and all that I searched and found this. It’s the most reader friendly biblical stories I’ve ever come across, not the crazy Khazari pagan ritualistic trash about raping babies and all that stuff. It was interesting and I wish it was bigger.

it does complements the Genesa's narrative; many new insights that explains even better what i already knew and believed

Reading The Talmud is not like reading a traditional book; it's entering into an ongoing, centuries-old conversation. It is not for the faint of heart, but for those interested in theology, ethics, law, and human complexity.

Interesting religious material

Needed for research

This book is awesome. I don’t care for the end about the Rabbi’s opinions. I only want to know what was read back in those ancient times.

Not the real Talmud. The real Talmud disparages goyim, discusses how it’s acceptable to violate goyim children, how Jesus is burning in feces, and how there are actually 8 genders. Terrible bc this interpretation does not include any of these important verses

Fine.

Nice book

This book is easy to follow. I enjoy learning that way.

Not the real Talmud it’s a fake version

This is NOT the talmud. You will be only deceived reading this fake translation. I am just going to print a pdf version and get an accurate account of jewish law. This is a joke on non jews of a book.
