Review: Very bad experience - Very bad experience the main purpose of the this mini ups was backing up the current to the modem on the second itself but it did it in a different way it switches off partially the modem when the current goes and takes about 1 to 2 minutes to bring back the internet connection and that's so frustrating for who expect unteriputed wifi connection and it taked so much time to replace the product with the refund after a long time wasting my time calling and following up for refund even when in 10 days replacement period and I got it afterwards the warranty way and I had to say for sure the customer care service was so bad and laggy

Very bad experience the main purpose of the this mini ups was backing up the current to the modem on the second itself but it did it in a different way it switches off partially the modem when the current goes and takes about 1 to 2 minutes to bring back the internet connection and that's so frustrating for who expect unteriputed wifi connection and it taked so much time to replace the product with the refund after a long time wasting my time calling and following up for refund even when in 10 days replacement period and I got it afterwards the warranty way and I had to say for sure the customer care service was so bad and laggy

Working very well and giving a powerbackup of 3 hour , but i haven't actually tested the whole backupand easy to install
