## Questions & Answers

**Q: How many watts does it use? thank you**
A: Checking the nameplate, it draws 600 watts, which is 5.0 amperes at 120 volts.

**Q: I am looking for something to take out of the country to heat/toast bread. Would this brown a piece of toast?**
A: Yes, Brown bread cook eggs etc. Depending on where you are going you might need a plug adapter.
     Have fun .

**Q: Does this have auto shut off ?**
A: No, this unit does not include an auto shut off feature.

**Q: I know it's teflon but do I have to season the pan the first time I use it? Also where can I find an instruction manual, I did not receive one.**
A: I love having a small electric skillet and actually have two more that I bought to keep to make sure that I will continue to have one. (I bought the two additional when they were on sale) I looked up my manual and it does say season it the first time you use it with a light coating of cooking oil on a paper towel. It only has a six page manual but if I were you, I would look up the company online and request a copy of the instruction manual. It doesn't have an address in the manual, so I can't give you the address, but I bet you can find it online. It has a one year limited warranty in the manual, so I would try to get the manual if I were you. It is great for cooking for one person. Hope you find this helpful.
