Conquering the Physics GRE

Excellent resource for the GRE Physics test. I recommend the paperback as I had some issues with reading the kindle version. Got a refund and was very happy with the analogue version. It's got just the right balance of problems and summaries with exam tips. Definitely recommended.

El libro llego perfecto, el problema es que la impresión tiene un error. Tiene una página doblada que tiene parcialmente el texto, fuera de ello, la entrega y el embalaje fue bueno. // The book arrived in perfect condition, the problem is that the printing has an error. It has a folded page that partially obscures the text, besides that, the delivery and packaging were good.

This covers all the important topics for Physics GRE. I really like the way the authors put out all the topics that can show up in the exam. The way they explained everything is very understandable and the questions that they give for each chapter for solving is good. I found this super helpful.

Conquering the Physics GRE is really really helpful for preparing for the Physics GRE. I have found that the practice tests in the book are much more like the actual Physics GRE than the older ETS exams (the more recent ETS exams, 2001 and 2008, are a good match to the real thing). If you're planning on taking the Physics GRE, I 100% recommend buying this book. If you already have the 2nd edition and are wondering if you should buy the 3rd, don't buy it. As far as I can tell, there is almost no new content in the 3rd edition (the only change I've found so far is the addition of the more recent Nobel Prizes to the Specialized Topics section). All the practice tests are the same. They reduced the font size and spacing, and switched to a two-column format, so the book is much thinner now.
