I installed this on a 2016 F250 and it fit great. My truck has about 55K miles on it and the stock stabilizer was fairly worn out and no longer decompressed. After installing, the steering is tighter and no shutter when hitting rough spots in the road. I don’t think I would call it “night and day” but it is an improvement and looks great. You’ll need a 15 mm socket, an 18mm deep socket, and a pickle fork and decent sized hammer. Believe the F350 is the same. Cured the death wobble and smoothed out the steering. **Q: Will this fit a 2018 f250 4x4 diesel?** A: No, this is not the correct shock, it is too long and will not allow full right hand turns **Q: could i use this as a replacment shock for my rough country dual steering stabalizer?** A: If your steering is too stiff the Bilstein is far superior to the cheap single factory stabilizer. I ordered this shock to replace the old dampener on my truck and the bilstein works like its supposed too. The steering play is gone and its alot more satisfying to steer the truck. The steering wheel doesn't feel heavy any more and I would highly recommend it. When it comes to torque I torque mine to what the manual suggest and it works just fine.
