Does anyone find theirs gets hot on the vents ? We’ve moved ours to a more open space as it was overheating near a wall? Is that right ?

We make a couple of large bags of ice at a time, to store in the freezer. So, we move ours away from the wall to get a free circulation of air around it when in use and then push it back in place when finished.

Hi ...does this machine have a warranty ? Thankyou

Didn't see one in the information that came. But I didn't read all the leaflets that came with it.

Is this machine refrigerated so that you can leave the cubes in it until you need them?

not sure about that , we always turn it off when we have enough ice cubes

does it have a drain plug

Yes. It’s a rubber plug underneath at the front. It works fine.
