Can the rubbers be removed to replace with another set of rubbers later?

we make the bats up here with table tennis glue, meaning the rubbers are easy to remove and replace with another set.

Are both rubbers 2.1mm? And is the handle flared?

Hi there, yes both rubbers are 2.1mm thick and the handle is flared. Thank you

I am not quite at an advanced level, but also above the intermediate level, and I am looking for a good and customized bat, may I get help please?

I am not quite at beginners level and looking forward to reach intermediate level, but this bat is achieving better results probably without me playing with it! Sorry I cannot help you on this. "Help!"

does this bat come with a cover?

No - it comes in its own fancy carboard box. A proper cover would be better.
