Stopped working after 3 uses.The worst purchase

I’m very disappointed. I waited a long time to finally receive this item, and it doesn’t work at all. I followed all the instructions to charge it, but the remote rattles as if something is broken, and the red light therapy light never turns on.

Used 5 times and now will not charge. I would like a refund and for this dispute to be resolved urgently

Don't buy, very poor quality. Stopped working after a month. It doesnt turn on anymore.

That's pretty much the extent of my qualifications for reviewing the science behind it.What I can say is that she likes it and has been happy using it. The mask covers her face well, it's rechargeable so she isn't tethered to an outlet while using it, and having the different light modes gives her some options depending on what she's using it for.The controls are straightforward, and the whole thing has been easy enough to incorporate into her skincare routine without becoming a hassle.It's still too early for us to make any claims about long-term skin results, so I'm not going to pretend we witnessed ten years disappear from her face overnight. What matters right now is that she's actually using it consistently and enjoying it.Of course, buying one red light mask has now somehow resulted in us looking at full-size red light saunas.So apparently we're doing this now. Down the rabbit hole we go.
