## Description

GLORIOUS GMMK TKL 85% Custom Mechanical Keyboard (Black) | Modular RGB Gaming Kit, Gateron Brown Switches, Doubleshot Caps, Aluminum Top Plate, ANSI QWERTY Standard Form : desertcart.co.uk: PC & Video Games

Review: It’s now USB C! - This is my first time buying a mechanical keyboard and I wanted something that can be customised/altered in the future with a “less is more” aesthetic. Pros: 1) The black TKL Ansi version I got is a 2020 model which is now USB C which was a nice surprise as the reviews here and on youtube refer to older models that were micro usb. 2) Can be upgraded with different keycaps and switches 3) RGB if that’s your cup of tea. 4) Ansi layout, again if that’s your cup of tea. My PC is still running a ISO layout (as that’s my preference) so will probably replace keys for ISO prints in the future...I just like the ANSI enter key haha. 5) Comes with decent box for storage/transport with plastic dust shield. Cons: 1) have to have brown Gaterons. Would have been nice to have been able to pick the switches...but assume that would have come with a price tag for customisation. 2) would be cool to have a couple more rgb lights under the space bar, only 1 light where the switch is. Overall a great starter kit, with all the bits to get you started, was worth the £150 price tag. Sounds good, feels good, plays good, looks good etc etc
Review: Perfect size - Hi have a 60% keyboard for a good few years, and always felt it was limited to my, I like to use the F key and Arrow key. So when I saw this, I instant wanted my old keyboard to break haha. I got my wish and ordered this instant. It is perfect, the right size and the perfect partner for my Glorious Model O gaming mouse! The feel and sound is spot on for me, but with the ability to mod this within an inch of its live in terms of keys etc. Love it!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can you dim or shut off the LED lights?**
A: Yes you can dim the LEDYes you can turn them off as well

**Q: How is the software for this keyboard? I read it doesn't have enough memory to hold colors you selected once you turn your computer off. True? Thanks**
A: The software isn't the greatest, but I haven't had any issues with it retaining the color I select upon shutdown and on the next startup. I feel confident though that the software will improve over time - I think it was just recently released (v1.0) when the RGB version of the keyboard came out. Also, it is worth mentioning there are hotkeys to quickly change the color/settings of the keyboard if the software isn't up to your liking currently.

**Q: Want to know if this keyboard has querty english layout with a big enter key or querty us layout.?**
A: You can clearly see the size of the enter key in the photos of the keyboard. That's exactly what the key looks like when it arrives.

**Q: Does it work with outemu switches?**
A: Yes, it should work with any Cherry MX or Cherry MX clone switches. (Gateron, Kailh, Outemu). Some switches have two small plastic "posts" that you may need to remove for the switches to fit, but it is easy and quick to do.
