I have purchased so many as gifts as well. ### ⭐ Zavor has gone out of business, and there is no one to honor the warranty *by R***K on March 6, 2025* I've only used it a few times, but the cooker keeps stopping and giving an E4 alert which suggests the pot is warped or the plate has food residue. It appears to be fine structurally, so I think it may be a pressure sensor issue. I've had the item too long to return to Amazon, and Zavor has gone out of business.
