## Description

Add more grip options to your workouts with Kensui Swissies pull up handles. Choose Swissies V1 for a neutral grip with palms facing each other, or Swissies SP for a 45-degree angled grip that allows semi-pronated and semi-supinated hand positions. Both styles feature 32 mm knurled handles, nylon-fiberglass construction and protective rubber-lined hooks. Position the separate handles along a compatible bar to choose your preferred grip width before training.Use them with compatible pull-up bars, barbells, resistance bands and cable attachments for pull-ups, rows, lat pulldowns and other exercises. The portable design makes it easy to bring your preferred handles to the gym or use them at home. Each option includes one pair in the selected style. Bars, bands and other training equipment are sold separately.

## Features

- 45° Angled Grip Handles : Swissies-SP add a semi-neutral angled grip option to compatible pull up bars, barbells, cable machines, resistance bands and gym machines.
- Better Pulling Angles : Use them for pull ups, chin ups, rows, lat pulldowns, curls and presses while giving your hands a more natural angled position.
- Adjustable Grip Width : Move the handles closer or wider depending on your setup, body position and exercise for more control during back, arm and upper body training.
- Wrist Friendly Feel : The 45° angle helps your wrists, elbows and shoulders track more naturally compared to fixed straight-bar grips during pulling and rowing movements.
- Compact Pair of Handles : Lightweight, portable and easy to move between home gyms, garage gyms and commercial gym setups. Includes one pair of Swissies-SP handles.
