The shiatsu rollers stay in one location instead of traveling up and down the cushion. The rollers are very comfortable and provide a soothing, relaxing massage. Instead of a remote control, the unit features a simple four-button control panel located on the lower right side of the cushion. I prefer this setup because it makes the massager easy to use in the car with a 12V adapter. The buttons are a little difficult to see, but after using them a few times, they're easy to identify by touch. The top button turns the unit on and off. The second button changes the direction of the shiatsu rollers, with the massage function automatically shutting off after 15 minutes. The third button selects between two heat settings, both of which become pleasantly warm. The fourth button controls the heat timer, allowing you to choose 15, 30, or 60 minutes. There are two adjustable straps on the back to secure the massager to a chair. When you're not using the massage function, the small adjustable pillow can be height adjusted for use as a lumbar support. I own other massage cushions with rollers that travel up and down the back, but this one has become my go-to for targeted lower back relief. I also like to rest the back of my thigh on it to massage tight hamstrings, and it works well on my arms too. It's lightweight, portable, and easy to move wherever you need it, making it a great option for both home and car use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Making My Office Chair Comfier! *by on Reviewed in the United States July 1, 2026* I'm really enjoying my new Comfier Shiatsu Lumbar Support Massage Cushion!Just having it on my office chair makes a big difference in how my back feels at the end of the day, whether or not I utilize the awesome Shiatsu Massage & Heat Features. The Unit measures approx 15" Tall & 16" Wide at the widest point. After spending long hours at my desk, I used to end the day with terrible back and neck pain, but this has made such a difference. The pillow naturally encourages proper posture, which has really helped with how I feel throughout the day. The heated massage function is wonderful. I can turn on both the heat and the massage simultaneously, and it feels amazing. One thing to note: you do need to plug it in to use the heat and massage features, so you'll need to be near an outlet. However, the cord is quite long. For me, this isn't an issue since I use it at my office desk. If you spend long days in an office chair and deal with back or neck discomfort, I highly recommend this. It's been worth every penny and has genuinely improved my daily comfort level! ## Frequently Bought Together - Back Lumbar Support Pillow for Office Chair Car, Office Desk Chair Lumbar Back Support with 4 Shiatsu Massage Heads & Heating Function, Memory Foam Lumbar Pillow for Computer Gaming Chair-Gray - Memory Foam Seat Chair Cushion for Relieves Back Sciatica Pain Tailbone Pain Coccyx Degenerating Disc Orthopedic Osteoarthritis Prostate Cushion Low Back Pain Cushion Hip Shaping (Dark Gray) - Lumbar Support Pillow for Office Chair Car Back Support Pillow, Memory Foam Gaming Chair Desk Chair Back Cushion for Lower Back Pain Relief, Ergonomic Back Rest with Double Adjustable Straps --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/629018930-back-lumbar-support-pillow-for-office-heated-back-support-4](https://www.desertcart.no/products/629018930-back-lumbar-support-pillow-for-office-heated-back-support-4) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
