**Q: Why does it have a 2.5gbe wan port if the lan port is only 1gbe? what is the common use case for the extra speed if it's not available on the lan?**
A: Also you. A push 1gb through the lan and have 1.5gb left for the wireless. 

Also I use this as a file server and change the wan to lan. I can use the full 2.5gb on my 2.5gb wired network for transferring files.

**Q: Country of origin is China. How do I know my data does not go there?**

L'article est bien mais pour une utilisation en VPN pour accéder aux fichiers d'un NAS depuis un ordinateur Windows via SMB du NAS j' ai du passé plus de 4 h de débogage avec chatgpt avant de trouver la commande qu'il fallait ajouter à la configuration pour que cela fonctionne parfaitement.
