The induction bottom ensures even heat distribution across the entire surface area, which makes frying, browning, and heating easier. The luxury Bakelite riveted handles give these pans a comfortable grip that resists heat and scratching. In order to achieve the best results, use the pans at slightly lower temperatures. We have received these pans, looks great, first try with the 2 largest pans, worked somewhat good, today used the smaller pans, nope, no induction much, and upon having a great look under, seems there is a curve and thus not conducting heat at best. very light products. will try again in a day or so and will compare with other brand, but so far not impressed with this product.

I wasn't expecting a whole lot at this price point, but these pans honestly exceeded my expectations. I've been using them almost every day for eggs, bacon, grilled cheese, stir fry, and even burgers, and the nonstick surface has been fantastic. Food slides right off, and cleanup takes less than a minute with warm soapy water. The three sizes are really practical, and I find myself using all of them depending on what I'm cooking. They heat up evenly, work great on my induction stove, and the handles are comfortable to hold. The only minor downside is that they're a little lighter than some higher-end cookware, but that also makes them easy to handle and store. As long as you use silicone or wooden utensils and take care of the coating, I think they'll last a long time. Overall, this is one of the better cookware purchases I've made, especially for the price. If you're looking for an affordable nonstick pan set that performs well and is easy to clean, I wouldn't hesitate to buy these again.
