Why product wasn’t sealed

I just bought mine from the local supermarket and it didn't have a seal either. Not the best way to sell a product but it seems that that's how it comes.

DoEs this work on low porosity hair?

Yes it does. I have low porosity hair and it gives me great results

Does this product work with eco styler gel?

I don’t know.. I don’t know what eco styler is

Um my product looks like someone already used it. What do I do?

Return it!!! Should have been sealed, not cool!!!
