This incredible product has taken my expresso martinis to another level. So much so that one friend commented there is almost too much foam, as if. Honestly don’t understand the reviews about the funny smell. Seems fine to me

Having never used such a product before I didn't know what to expect but needless to say I am very happy. With 3-4 drops in the drink it completely replaces an egg white without changing the smell or taste. On top of a great product came great customer service. I had a query so sent a message which was answered very quickly. Spoke to a lovely guy who couldn't of been more helpful. I would highly recommend the product and the company.

Disappointed, would not buy again. Liquid is deep brown in colour, so not suitable for making attractive drinks. And also is very poor as a foamer, nowhere near consistency achieved with egg whites.

Works but smejtjls foul. The sealed bottle made my whole pantry smell like an old gym bag, which u can also smell in the drink

Everything about this purchase was bad, I was so pleased to find Wonderfoam on Amazon I did not notice there was a $54.00 delivery charge!! When the package arrived and I opened it, it smelled just horrendous. I tried to wash the bottle in vinegar, it did not help at all. Also, because of the bad smell I wonder if it is safe to use. The final insult is this item is not eligible for return, in the future I will limit my Amazon purchases.

I had a cocktail in a bar recently and I had to ask the bartender what made it foamy. He said this stuff! A few drops in the shaker and our pours your drink with this incredulous foamy goodness that sits on top.

I used this mainly for making amaretto sours and it worked great. It creates a nice foam really easily and is a convenient replacement for egg whites. I also didn’t notice any bad or weird taste once it was mixed into the drink. It does have a noticeable smell straight from the bottle, which is why I gave it 4 stars, but it never bothered me once the drink was made. Overall, I really enjoyed using it and would recommend it for cocktails.

It may do the job but the smell is really bad. My friends say it didn’t change the flavor too bad but for me it did. Ms. Betters brand is better. No smell or flavor change.
