Works as intended
This one doesn't move around as much. Stays in place much better. This doesn't hurt, it's not uncomfortable ( For a male anatomy). It's a gentle reminder for posture.

Difficult to wear, impossible to make comfortable
I tried this back brace to help with upper back pain. This is the type that was recommended by my orthopedic surgeon, though not this specific one. I had difficulty getting the brace on without completely loosening the adjustment, and then had more trying to get the sides even. The material is too thick and was uncomfortable under the arms where the adjustment straps are. I use a wheelchair and trying to move around left me with raw areas under the arms where I was moving back and forth across the straps. I had to discontinue use and return. Do not recommend.
