## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do you care for Casafield's water hyacinth laundry hampers?**
A: To clean the hampers, gently dust them with a soft cloth or duster. To ensure you enjoy the benefits of these functional and stylish laundry hampers for years to come, please avoid exposure to water.

**Q: Are the removable liners machine washable?**
A: Yes, the removable liners are machine washable using a mild detergent in cold water. To dry, either hang them or tumble dry on low.

**Q: Is it normal for natural water hyacinth hampers to have an earthy scent?**
A: Yes, this is completely normal. Because our hampers are woven from natural water hyacinth, they may carry a grassy, woody scent when unpacked. This natural aroma is not a defect and will fade after a few days of airing out in a well-ventilated area.

**Q: Can these hampers be used outside?**
A: No, these laundry hampers are designed for indoor use only.
