Review: Great purchase! - Honestly I did not have high expectations for this device and reserved that I could return if it wasnt up to par. I wasnt very pleasantly surprised at the build and material quality. The over all feel is sturdy and well built. The keys have a nice feed back to them as you type. It IS a smaller form factor but has all the QWERTY keys plus a number key pad that I find great to have since my laptop does not. I travel alot and its a pain to try and carry a full size KB for when I work from my hotel. This travel KB fits very well in my back pack or laptop bag. I have not charged it once since it was delivered and there is still a full chare so I'm impressed with the battery so far. Connecting the KB to my iphone was very simple even w/o instructions. Havent had a need or chance to connect to my laptop yet but I'm confident thatll be just as easy. Over all the value for what I paid is great and I would recommend to my co-workers and fellow travelers.
Review: Like a keyboard...but smaller - Really impressed with this keyboard. It's smaller than I anticipated, but still comfortable to type on. Pair was easy and hasn't lost connection at all. Keys are very responsive and have a quality feel. Folds up easy and is super compact. Definitely easier to transport than a full size keyboard. Have only charged once so far and has been used for a few days so far. Very happy with this purchase.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are the keys full laptop size?**
A: BK09 uses 14 mm key pitch scissor keys for a compact, travel-ready form. If you prefer full-size 15 mm keys for desktop comfort, consider model BK05S.

**Q: The keyboard won’t reconnect after I unfold it—what should I try?**
A: Unfold, tap any key to wake, then wait ≈ 1 s. If it stays offline, toggle Bluetooth off/on, delete “iClever BK09” from your device list, and pair again.

**Q: The keyboard does not lie flat when opened. Is this normal?**
A: BK09 opens to 180 degrees. After unfolding, flip out the center balance stands under both sides to help it stay flat. Make sure the surface is level—slight tilt may occur on uneven desks.

**Q: Why do I get double letters or random keystrokes?**
A: A low battery or 2.4 GHz interference can cause this. Recharge via USB-C (~2 h) and keep routers or dongles at least 8 in / 20 cm away. After waking from its 2-hour sleep, the first keystroke may repeat once—this is normal.

**Q: How long does one charge last and how can I extend it?**
A: A 2-h USB-C charge powers ≈ 90 days at 2 h/day (touchpad on). Fold the board to sleep; Red LED = <10 %—you can keep typing while charging.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Desiree's Best
*by D***E on June 14, 2026*

I purchased this item on 6/22/2024 & I am sad to report my zero & back slash keys on the number pad have stopped working. I initially purchase this keyboard to use when traveling because my work laptop does not have a number pad. That said, I "love" this keyboard and will DEF be purchasing another one... I bring it with me almost everywhere. I am using it right now to type this review. I use it when filling out medical forms before appointments, to type texts, & take notes on my cell. A typical work setup for me would be - having my work cell, personal cell & lap top all together. I can quickly toggle between each device. MANY people have seen it & purchased it after I shared the product details. I have even connected to my smart TV when needed. It is TRULY a game changer... I am on the fence for purchasing an extended warranty for the key situation because "I" feel it should have lasted me longer without issues. Therefore the 4 star review. Otherwise, I would give it 10 stars if ALL the keys still worked...
