Mine didn’t come with a chin strap. Is that an add on?

It comes with a chin strap. Let Amazon know yours came without one and you need the chin strap to move the jaw of the trex mask.

Will this fit a 4 year old?

it depends. Though if the default setting is too loose, it is adjustable. My 4-year-old cousin bought the Velociraptor (Blue) mask and it fits her well on the tightest setting, so it depends on the head size and adjustment of the strap.

La máscara hace sonidos de dinosaurio?

No,tan solo movimiento pero es genial

I never received my mask and it say to get refund i must return item.bit hard to do if never got mask!!! so what do i do?

Have you received confirmation that it has been sent and a tracking number? From my end, it shows the order is pending.
