It’s so much more comfortable and does the job nicely. Very happy with the product. After brachioplasty I had to wear compression sleeves for six weeks. I initially had a pair of sleeves like this (same manufacturer) but 3/4 length but I found the sleeves kept rolling up above my elbows and felt like a hair tie on my arms, on top of surgical incisions and it was both painful and annoying to constantly unroll them a only to have them roll back up the second I moved at all. I visited the manufacturer’s website to see if they had any ideas about the issue and saw they had a full sleeve option. I ordered these and it had completely resolved the issue with the sleeves rolling up. The sleeves are several weeks old now and they haven’t stretched out despite constant wear and frequent runs through the washer. They also do a great job of wicking away moisture and despite having surgery in June and wearing them into August, they are not nearly as hot as I thought they would be.
