Habe das DIY-Kit als Geschenk zu Weihnachten bestellt. Die Bestellung kam pünktlich vor Weihnachten an. Trotz der wirklich sehr guten und stabilen Verpackung kam leider eines der kleinen Fläschchen kaputt an, da das Glas unten gesprungen war. Der Kundensupport kümmerte sich sofort um den Versand eines Ersatzproduktes und war allgemein sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Ersatzfläschchen kam innerhalb weniger Tage ebenfalls sehr gut verpackt pünktlich noch vor Weihnachten an, sodass ich es innerhalb des Kits mit dem kaputten Fläschchen austauschen und verschenken konnte. Die Fläschchen kommen in einer Papp-Geschenkbox mit Banderole drum herum an und können so auch gleich verschenkt werden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Bestellung und vor allem mit dem überaus hilfsbereiten Kundenservice.
