Their documentation notes that iOS devices are only charged via the optional (additional) power supply ICP2NA. The unit itself can be powered via usb on the non iOS port, meaning from a computer, or usb power supply.

Does it come with cables?

Yes, cables included but, the power adapter is optional. And it doesn't charge iPad without power adapter. So, it's a must have.

Is this supported by iPad Pro, has anyone had it work?

Yes, I use it with my iPad Pro and Yamaha Clavinova digital piano. It works very well. I use it with the Piano Maestro app. Very easy to set up.

Worked OK until it didn't.

It worked OK for the first two months but now it has simply stopped working and I can find no way to contact iConnect. Disappointing.
