Would this work on fine African American hair?

It’s a very nice product. Not sure how deep of a condition you want but my her is soft when I’m finished. I also rinse with very cold water. Smells wonderful

is this a leave in conditioner or must it be rinsed out?

Thank you for your question! This is a rinse out conditioner, however we do have R+Co Sun Catcher Power C Boosting Leave In Conditioner that would work perfectly.

Does it come with the pump?

Thank you for your question! The 8.5oz does not come with a pump, however the liter size does come with a pump.

where are they manufactured?

Hello, thank you for your question! All R+Co products are made in the USA.
