## Description

desertcart.com: Flexelent Heel Elevated Squat Wedge Block Pair, 17° Angle, Black Diamond | Pair of workout wedge for squats for deeper squats, better positioning, heel elevation, and lower body strength training. : Sports & Outdoors

Review: Great bang for your buck! - I was tired of elevating my heels on yoga blocks. I bought these and love them. They're sturdy, grip the floor well, and don't slip on the floor. I can concentrate more on my form as I don't need to concentrate on keeping my balance! Love that they came in black and pink as they match my other home gym equipment!
Review: Sturdy yet light weight - Easy to use, not heavy at all, it is slippery but maybe it was my shoes. Value for money because these wedges took all weight off my knees while doing squats and lunges, pain free while working out. Very good quality. Love that it comes with it bag to store away or carry.

## Features

- IMPROVE DEPTH, BALANCE & FORM: Elevate your squats with the Flexelent "Black Diamond" Squat Wedge Block Pair, featuring a 17 degree heel lift that takes your heels higher for greater depth, better upright posture, and more targeted muscle activation across your quads, glutes, hamstrings, and calves. Ideal for anyone working toward a stronger squat, a deeper split lunge, or simply training without the knee discomfort that comes from flat-footed lifting.
- FIRM EVA FOAM WITH TEXTURED BASE: Made from high-density EVA foam, these squat wedges provide firm heel elevation without the weight of metal or cork alternatives. Textured dots underneath help reduce shifting when placed on a clean, dry, level surface. Always check the wedge placement before exercising, especially when adding weight.
- MULTIFUNCTIONAL SLANT BOARD FOR LOWER-BODY TRAINING: Functions as both a calf-raise platform and a slant board, making it useful for strength training, mobility drills, physical therapy, and post-workout stretching. Helps reduce strain on the heel and lower leg for people dealing with heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, and shin splints by restoring alignment during load-bearing movement. Compatible with most squat racks, barbells, and standard-size resistance band footplates.
- OVERSIZED FOR MAXIMUM SUPPORT: Each wedge measures 12.2" x 5.9" x 3.5" with a 17 degree incline, giving you full-foot coverage and stable footing even under a loaded barbell. Sized for larger shoe sizes and wide-stance lifters. Note: due to the larger footprint, these wedges extend beyond compact resistance band footplates (such as the X3 Bar plate).
- VERSATILE HOME GYM EQUIPMENT FOR ALL LEVELS: Built for beginners, home gym builders, and competitive lifters alike. If tight ankles or limited dorsiflexion have been holding your squat depth back, these Flexelent squat wedges are specifically what you need. Includes a carry bag for gym and travel use. Makes a practical gift for anyone serious about strength training, powerlifting, or rebuilding mobility after injury.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ GAME CHANGER! GET THESE!
*by D***A on November 3, 2023*

I am a NY-based personal trainer and online coach who specializes in strength training. When I first chatted with this brand on IG, I was looking for a new accessory to help me improve my range of motion when it came to my squats and limited ankle mobility. As someone who had foot surgery a couple years ago, I still have not quite been able to regain optimal flexion in my big toe and my ankles often feel stiff. The first day I brought these wedges to the gym, I used them in my warm up to stretch my tight calves and hammies and then took them for a spin in my barbell squats and split lunges. THE DIFFERENCE! Literally drastic! I could feel my glutes being utilized so much more by adding the elevation to my squats which helped increase my range of motion overall. I love that the products comes with a drawstring bag that can easily be brought to the gym and I LOVE that these are wedges vs. a slant board, which makes them compact enough to be carried to the gym and stored in a locker if needed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE WEDGES! They have made me more excited about unlocking new levels of strength as I feel like I have so much more range of motion now!
