Excellent for regaining balance and core strength even for adults
Bought for myself as due to illness had lost some of my ability to balance. As i am quite small it was perfect size as i also have small feet. Its very robust and withstood my 10 stone weight well. It has imroved not only my balance but also focus and core strength. Its also been a hit with my adult children who thought it would easy to use!

OK
I found the foot base too small as I am recovering from surgery after a Lisfranc fracture of my foot, but for someone wanting to improve their balance rather than exercise a damaged foot, I would think this would be OK
