D rings, velcro and stitching well made and very sturdy. comfortable fabric and construction As a female with a smaller frame, I am able to get these straps tight enough. I am concerned if they stretch or soften at all with use, they might stretch too much. D rings are sturdy metal, not plastic. The velcro strap is wide and strong. I have my own handles, and these straps, for the cable machines at the gym. These do not come with a carry bag, fyi. Good quality and construction, very comfortable. I'm happy with them.
