As a former fitness professional for over 24 years, I read the research on weighted extremities. The conclusions, over and over, were that wearing weights on arms and legs during activities like running, anywhere, or dancing, increased the risk of injury a LOT! I never used weights on my arms or legs while running, walking, dancing, or teaching aerobics. I use my weights during mat exercises, rehabbing my knee replacement. I don't even use them on the exercise bike. If you insist on wearing them, I do think that they won't stay on very long, judging from my experience with them. **Q: Which ankle weighs size is good for dance** A: NONE! You should never dance with weights on your ankles, knees, or wrists and arms. I am a dance mom with 2 dancers and 22 years of experience. I also taught group exercise classes for 24 years. Using weights while dancing is dangerous: you risk injury to the knees, hips, and shoulders and elbows(with wrist weights). I am using my weights to rehab my knee from a second knee replacement, and I do not dance with the weights on my ankles. Just. Don't. **Q: I placed my order on March 13th.. it still hasn’t shipped and this shipping keeps getting pushed back... did anyone else have this issue?** A: I have this message and still have not received it. Ordered product in March and said it’s shipping “on the way” so I can’t cancel. I’m extremely disappointed and want a refund **Q: Do these fit well on small wrists and ankles? My wrists are about 6 1/2 inches and ankles 8 inches** A: I am a very small woman and they fit fine. ## Frequently Bought Together - Fitvids Fully Adjustable Ankle Wrist Arm Leg Weights, 1-20LBS, Multiple Options - Amazon Basics Neoprene Dumbbell Hand Weights - Fit Simplify Resistance Loop Exercise Bands with Instruction Guide and Carry Bag, Set of 5 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/60110975-fitvids-fully-adjustable-ankle-wrist-arm-leg-weights-multiple-sizes](https://www.desertcart.no/products/60110975-fitvids-fully-adjustable-ankle-wrist-arm-leg-weights-multiple-sizes) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
