ASprink Bluetooth Thermal Label Printer 4x6 - 241BT Pink Label Printer

I bought this printer to use for my small business. I’m an e-commerce business so I depend a lot on this little printer. After about a year and a half it did give out on me and the paper stopped feeding into the printer properly. However, despite my warranty being long gone, customer service replaced it with a brand new one! That alone made this printer worth buying as I know that they stand behind their products.

Love this little printer. I use it for my small business and it’s great. Prints labels for my packaging and no cost for ink is great for my budget. Any time I have had a problem they are easy to contact and quick to help through phone call or email. Highly recommend. Easy to set up and use.

I recently purchased the ASprink Bluetooth Thermal Label Printer in pink for my small business, and it has been a significant upgrade from my previous shipping process. The setup was incredibly user-friendly, and I was able to connect it to my iPhone seamlessly via Bluetooth. This feature alone has made printing shipping labels on the go a breeze, significantly improving my efficiency. The printer's compatibility with various platforms like USPS and Amazon has streamlined my shipping process, allowing me to handle orders faster than ever before. The print quality is sharp and clear, ensuring that all my labels are professional-looking and easy to read. The fact that it's a thermal printer means I don't have to worry about purchasing ink or toner, which is a considerable cost-saving. Its compact size is perfect for my workspace, not taking up too much room but still very effective. The pink color adds a fun, personal touch that stands out. Whether for a small business owner looking to streamline their shipping process or someone in need of a reliable label printer for home use, the ASprink Bluetooth Thermal Label Printer is a fantastic choice.

Do not be fooled by the high ratings from people who just opened the box. I have owned this printer for almost 3 years for my reselling business, and every single time I load a new stack of fanfold labels, it becomes an absolute nightmare. The internal sensor has a terrible memory design flaw that completely loses track of the label boundaries when you change paper. It locks into a calibration loop and blindly prints partial, cropped images (leaving the top half blank or printing across the perforation lines). I just wasted over HALF A BOX (hundreds of labels) trying to physically align the guides and shift the paper to get one single clean address label. If you manually nudge it to center your text, the sensor completely panics and cuts your print off. When it works, the print is clean, but the stress and financial loss from wasted inventory every time you reload paper is not worth the cheaper price tag. Save your sanity and your money—invest in a commercial-grade printer like a Rollo instead. I will NEVER buy this brand again!

I’ve had this printer for a few years now and use it multiple times a day for shipping labels and thank-you labels. It’s easy to use, reliable, and has been a great addition to our business!

Update: I've now had this printer for just over a year and have created around 2,000 labels. I started having alignment issues a couple months back and reached out to the company via email, however, I found my answers in the help section of their website (easy fix, the paper guides had become pushed away from paper feed- felt a little silly that I didn't realize that myself). The company did, however respond almost immediately and then followed up to make sure everything was ok- great customer service. Now even more recently, when I start a print job, the first label has to be re-printed. Now I'm up to the first 3 labels need to be reprinted. However, when I do re-print, all is fine. I'm willing to lose a couple labels, but hoping this won't become a further issue. I've had no other issues (knock on wood) and still feel the printer was absolutely worth the purchase. This little printer is amazing! I've run an online business for nearly 16 years and have always wanted a label printer, instead of taping printed labels onto boxes...don't ask my why it took so long to order. Sleek, compact design and well priced. Set up was a bit confusing (total user error, my husband took over and had it running in minutes). Zero issues with aligning the labels. Printing is lighting fast. Honestly makes me so happy to see labels pouring out of the printer knowing I just have to stick them to boxes. Saves SO much time!!

Title: Convenient printer for small businesses Review: This thermal label printer is very easy to set up and connect with Bluetooth. The print quality is clear, and it saves a lot of time when shipping packages. I also love the compact and cute design. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because it can be a little tricky at first to align the labels correctly, but once set up it works well overall.

We use this item in our office for our business, and it's held up very well! Customer service was able to help fix any issues we had with it, and the app makes this printer super easy to use. Cannot recommend this item enough.
