Nicely Made
The quality definitely reflects in the price. These are on the pricier end but are very well made. These mini cakes are a nice size. Very pleased with these.

Worth the money
This pan is heavy duty, that's probably why the mini cakes baked evenly. Cakes come out easily with a little bit of loosening. Cleans up well after a few minutes of soaking.

Don't bother.
When I read that putting a round parchment on the base to prevent sticking, which requires that I cut a hole in the middle so the parchment is the shape of a donut, I didn't bother. AND, angle cake has to be cooled up side down, and there are not little extender arms like on a full size form. The pan would have to be balance on 4 glasses. Another non-starter as the edges of the pan are quite narrow and balancing would be tough. Too much fuss.
