Disposable Original Ice Pack

Have used these for years and they’re excellent for immediate treatment of bumps, bruises, aches and strains. I’ve been kick boxing for a number of years and am getting old so I now buy in bulk. These instant cold packs are so useful for the immediate application of cold to an injury. They are very simple to use; squeeze the pack to pop the bag of water inside then shake to mix the water with the crystals et viola, instant cold. They stay cold for about 20 mins then just pop them in the bin. No mess, no fuss and far more convenient than using a bag of frozen peas. I always keep a couple in my gym bag.

After surgery I was advised to ice my back after completing physio multiple times a day. I was going through frozen ice packs quicker than I could freeze them and thought I would give these a go. They were so convenient to have and worked amazingly! They don’t get as cold or stay cold as long as an ice pack from the freezer but for relief on the go they were amazing!

Great value for money! Bought when I fractured my foot and these helped ease the pain. They’re very convenient and really do get ice cold. Exactly as described and work well!

I'm a junior cricket coach and I keep several of these Koolpak Original Instant Ice Packs in my cricket bag at all times as they’ve turned out to be one of the most practical additions to my kit. When kids take a knock from a hard cricket ball, having something cold on hand right away is crucial and these packs have made it easy to provide immediate relief. There are smaller bags available but this size is just right to wrap around a limb. They’re compact enough to store alongside bats and pads without taking up much space, and I appreciate that they’re a one-use solution with no need to remember to get bags from the freezer or fridge: just squeeze and apply. The only issue I’ve encountered is that activating them can occasionally be a bit tricky, which isn't ideal while you're trying to manage the casualty and get a game back on. Once you’ve got them activated, they’re consistently effective. Overall, these ice packs do exactly what’s needed for our young cricket team: they're quick, cold relief in a size that’s practical and portable.

Item is great and exactly what I was looking for the company answered quickly when postage was delayed they then sent it next day delivery after the delivery delay with royal mail they sent it by currier so the handle things really well

Easy to use work very well. Nice and cold for about 40 minutes. So happy with the purchase. Recommend them

Essential for Labour bag to use when I would get hot. Don’t last very long but better wetting a flannel constantly. Weren’t as cold as something you leave in freezer that is usually too cold to leave on skin straight out of the freezer

I’ve taken up running, but have to look after my ageing knees. I like to ice my knees after a long run and, for a run that ends back at home, a small bag of frozen peas kept in the freezer can’t be beaten - and can be reused many many times. These cool packs are not quite as effective (not as cold) as a bag of frozen peas, and can’t be reused (or even eaten), but for a run that terminates anywhere other than home, they are pretty darned good.

Not very much cold out of these packs Overpriced in my opinion
