Night OWL CAM-FWIP3PT-IN Deterrence Security Camera

Great product. I’m getting another one.

Camera is absolutely junk. Will not sync at all. Bought a micro chip to do stand alone. Still won't work. Waste of money.

Very good indoor camera easy to install i have 4 cameras. Night owl apps helps a lot specially for security purposes. Many settings you can do specially human/car detection with notification so you can keep track who is in and out of the house. Signal is very good never had an issue also memory you can go back at least few months from your recording not really sure how long you can keep your recording. I highly recommend this camera.

Love this camera but scared me. Had some friends over, motion detection was not on, the camera went to one of them and went up and down then to the other one and went up and down. Needless to say they left pretty quick and I unplugged the camera. I have always used NightOwl, tried Arlo and quickly ordered NightOwl again. Hopefully this was an isolated incident.

This camera works/looks great up to 50 feet from the WiFi router. Setup was easy. However it was not compatible with a new Night Owl BTN8 NVR recorder. It would only operate as a standalone WiFi camera.

I am an IT professional and spent 30 minutes trying to setup this camera. Never could get it to work - spent 15 minutes and it finally connected to my network and the camera said “connected to wifi” but the app just kept spinning then said setup failed. Tried scanning the network and it failed… reset the camera twice and kept trying. Could never get it to complete setup.

It’s okay. Best thing for night owl dvr

Product was as described, shipping was quick and good price. Good quality and easy setup. I use it in the house to see what my dog is doing while im gone.
