Review: Bought this for a metatarsal stress fracture - best I've tried and exceeded expectations! - I was a little skeptical of a couple of things but figured for the price I would give it a shot and I'm super glad I did! The main things that I were concerned about were 1. Does it get cold? 2. Does it last long? and 3. Can you mold it to the area in need? All of these questions were answered after leaving it in the freezer for 4 hours. So...does it get cold? Does it last? Can you mold it? = WHOA! YES! Very. You're milage may vary depending on where you need to apply this, but for a metatarsal stress fracture, it wraps perfectly on top of my foot and stayed ice cold for the entire 20 minutes that is recommended for standard ice times. One thing that really surprised was that this does not actually freeze. It's get's really ice cold but it still molds perfectly to the foot. I did not expect this to be as malleable as it is nor did I expect it to be this cold for this long. I have others like this in the past, they freeze too much where you can't mold them to the area in need and last like 10-15 minutes and not even cold at the end of that timeframe. This was icy throughout the duration to the point where I almost felt like I needed another layer (I had it over a sock). All in all, I HIGHLY recommend this for any foot application.

Got these as post surgery ice packs , love the idea of the wrap around. Do wish it was a tad bit longer so it could be more versatile to everyone foot size but overall still love that these are quick to freeze and have the ability to wrap around the foot and prevent further swelling
