Review: Extremely comfortable, well-balanced, and easy to swap between camera setups! - Pros: * Great Balance & Comfort: Perfectly balanced when held, making handheld shooting comfortable without straining your hand or wrist. * Seamless Compatibility: Works wonderfully across different camera bodies, easily mounting to camera setups. * Convenient Cold Shoe: Ideal for mounting accessories like a 3.5mm microphone to capture clean audio while shooting b-roll. * Quick & Easy Mounting: The NATO clamp system makes it exceptionally fast and straightforward to install and remove on the fly. The Verdict: I absolutely love this top handle. It adds fantastic stability and comfort for handheld shooting, and the balance is spot-on. Being able to quickly attach or detach it via the NATO rail—while keeping a mic mounted for b-roll—makes it an essential piece of gear for my workflow. Highly recommended!
Review: Comfortable - I really like the value of this Top Handle. The added NATO Rail was a nice addition compared to other options on desertcart. The rail was a little too short for my FX30, so I ended up buying another attachment, but the provided rail did work. In a pinch, I had to use a single screw. It was tight enough and did not move, but long term, you'd definitely want two points of contact. I guess most people buy these handles to use with a rig, but I wanted something a little bit more minimal. The handle itself is great because it has two cold shoe mounts. I'm able to hold a monitor and wireless mic off of the handle. The current NATO rail blocks the camera's built in hot shoe mount, so my next NATO rail will extend forward a bit to allow space for attachments there.

## Features

- Ergonomic Comfortable Grip: The silicone portion with texture on the top handle of NATO provides a more comfortable anti-slip grip. Its design facilitates low-angle shooting and helps reduce arm strain
- Built-in Cold Shoe with Safety Pin: The camera grip handle features a total of 3 cold shoe mounts, two of which are equipped with safety spring pins to effectively prevent accidental detachment of your valuable accessories. It can accommodate up to 3 external devices simultaneously, such as LED lights, monitors, microphones, and more
- Wide Compatibility: Equipped with NATO rail, the top handle is compatible with any camera cage featuring two 1/4-inch threaded holes. The handle can slide directly onto the NATO rail and is secured with a built-in knob, facilitating easy installation and removal; Note: For optimal use, pair the top handle with the included NATO rail
- Lightweight and Strong: Constructed from aluminum alloy using CNC cutting technology, the handle with NATO rail weighs just 0.55lbs (165g) while supporting up to 22lbs (10kg) of weight
- Versatile Mounting Options: With six 1/4" threaded holes and two 3/8" locating threaded holes, this camera top handle accommodates various accessories such as magic arms, super clamps, monitors, and more

Very solid. Clamp is half rotation instead of 1/4 to tighten but not terrible. The cold shoe locks work great and are a great addition.
