I prefer to take the white lid off when I pour, I saw other people complain about dribbling, but I have found for me, if I take the white part off, there’s no problem. I rather like that They don’t have a handle because one of the other others I purchased previously did have handles and that did not end well because everything is made so cheap these days. The grip indentation serves its purpose perfectly and I don’t miss having a handle.I wish I had just gone with these anchor hocking ones in the first place and saved myself some trouble and loads of cleanup from busted water pictures all over my kitchen. When you put it into the top of the jars, the cap leaves a 2mm open gap. Then when pouring your liquid out it makes a mess onto your countertop. Also when you put your frozen juice into it and add the water and turn the lid to not allow any pouring out of liquid and want to shake the liquid inside to mix it up well, because the lid does not fit tightly the liquid spills out and makes a mess. Only buy these if you are going to manually mix the liquid in them and then take the useless cap off to pour some out. My mother had ones that looked exactly like these and once the rubber seal was put into the position to block the fluid from coming out. We could shake the liquid up and nothing came out of the top and nothing made a mess.
